Allison Experiment #1- I like the way this came out because I think that the way the triangles are distributed in size and angles really creates a flow throughout the image.
Allison Experiment #2- This is similar to the first experiment in that it's cut up, but it also has the splatters which I think adds an energetic quality to the piece. I think that the placement of the shapes is still a bit awkward though.
My idea for this image is to photoshop scaled down images of people into this "City of White Simple Forms." My hope is that between the pictures of people leaning, shouting, hiding, and relaxing it will end up being a quirky and playful piece.
